CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTEL ROOMS

Peak Season: 7 days prior to arrival due to avoid first night penalty charge for all rooms reserved
Off Season: 3 days prior to arrival to avoid first night penalty charge for all rooms reserved
No shows will be subject to 100% fee of the total charges.

AMENDMENTS
The hotel requires 72 hours notice prior to the date of arrival of any amendment, that reduces the number of rooms or the number of nights
failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total amount of the cancelled rooms/nights.

B / Gardener's House: on first floor, a 80 sqm apartment accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment includes one living/dining room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with extra bed, one bathroom with shower.

H / Groom's House: ground floor, a 100 sqm apartment accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment includes one living/dining room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with extra bed, one bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and a private terrace with table, chairs and sun-umbrella.

A / Gamekeeper's House: first floor, a 105 sqm apartment accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment includes one living/dining room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom with extra bed, one bathroom with bathtub, one bathroom with shower.

G / Olive-oil House: ground floor, a 95 sqm apartment accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment includes one living/dining room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.

D / Oil-press House: ground floor, a 180 sqm apartment which guests up to 6 people. The apartment includes a large double living/dining room with double sofa-bed and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one large twin bedroom, one double bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub, one bathroom with shower. Outdoor space with table and chairs.

E / Silk House: on 2 floors, a 165 sqm apartment, accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment includes on the first floor a living/dining room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one twin bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and a toilet; on the second floor: one living room, one twin bedroom with bathroom with bathtub. Outdoor space with table and chairs.

F / Bailiff's House: a 110 sqm apartment, accommodating up to 7 people. The apartment includes one living/dining room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom, one single bedroom with extra bed, two bathrooms with bathtub.

C / Grapewine House: a 250 sqm apartment, on two floors, accommodating up to 8 people. The apartment includes a living room with double sofa-bed, one dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub, one bathroom with shower, toilet, laundry room with washer and private garden with table and chairs.

All apartments feature: independent heating system, linen and towels, satellite – TV, telephone, internet access, american coffee machine and electric oven.

The apartments are available from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. of the arrival day (for earlier or later check in please contact the following number: +390575/603330) and Guests have to leave them tidy from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. of the departure day.

Final cleaning € 80.00 to be paid at check out.

APARTMENT SALES CONDITIONS
Each Booking made by phone shall be confirmed by fax or e-mail and be followed by a deposit of 30% of the total price for the requested accommodation (to be settled by bank transfer, money postal order or credit card).
Credit card number as guarantee due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APARTMENTS
All cancellation/modifications made from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival due, will be subject to fee summing 50% of the otherwise total charges.
All cancellations/modifications made from 14 days prior to scheduled arrival and until the same day of arrival due will be subject to 100% penalty fee of the total charges.
No shows will be subject to 100% fee of the total charges.
